Help - My shopping cart is empty.

Some people have up graded to windows 8.0 or higher, and security settings have changed on their computer. Their settings for accepting cookies are set too high. They need to lower their privacy setting. Six easy steps for AOL users.

Located on the tool bar at the top of your screen.
1. Click "settings"
2. "preferences"
3. "Internet properties"
4. "privacy" if no privacy tab see step 7.
5. lower the bar so that it reads "accept all cookies"
6. click "ok"

Nothing to it! Sorry for the settings problem. Go back to the order form and you should have no more problems.

7. If there is no tab for "privacy" then go to tab "Security"
Click "enable" for all cookies options.
